We are a growing 65 year-old manufacturer of engineered plastic products serving the chemical and pharmaceutical industries with a new opportunity for the right person to fill a challenging and vital Inside Sales & Order Processing position.

• Do you have the drive to help our customers understand our products, to respond to technical questions and to solve customer problems?
• Are you comfortable writing emails in Microsoft Outlook?
• Would you feel confident modifying data in an Excel document?
• Can you convert a fraction to a decimal?
• Do think on your feet to stay one step ahead of your customers?

In return we are seeking someone with a desire to learn and grow. The right candidate will bring an attention to detail and the excellent telephone and written communication and interpersonal skills that are required to handle customer inquiries and quotations, process orders and shipments as well as other general sales and administrative duties.

This position is a full-time, on-premise position.

Wage will be between $18-23/hr. commensurate with work experience and qualifications. We offer an excellent benefits package and a pleasant and friendly work environment. We are located off Executive Blvd., in the South Westchester Executive Park in Yonkers, NY.
