PTFE Lined & Jacketed Steel Dip Pipes & Spargers

Our PTFE lined & jacketed steel dip pipes and spargers are manufactured to the highest standards in the industry. All units are given extreme stress tests to validate their integrity and ensure long life. We were the first in the industry to offer standard units that fit large nozzles without need for reducing flanges, resulting in fewer joints, less headroom, and lower installed cost. Sealing faces of our units are machined to a uniform thickness and surface finish to ensure highest seal integrity. Sparger extensions are solidly fused to the liners and jackets; and they fit more applications because, unlike some other industry designs, the extensions are smaller in diameter than the PTFE jacket. Our subassembly stocking program and unique manufacturing processes allow reliable service and fast deliveries, often in one week or less. Micromold™ solid plastic dip tubes, spargers and steam jets give you the ultimate in corrosion resistance, at continuous service temperatures up to 500°F (260°C). In many applications they will last longer and are less costly than lined steel, or exotic metal units. We offer standard and custom sizes and configurations to fit your needs. Solid Virgin PTFE Nozzle Liners
Our PTFE nozzle liners are used to protect nozzles of glass lined vessels. They prevent chipping from insertion and use of dip pipes, instrumentation, or dropped or mishandled tools. They can also reduce scaling and buildup of solids. Also use them to protect surfaces of other lined or unlined nozzles from corrosive fluids, abrasive slurries, or erosive high velocity streams.
Another application is the lining of bellows type expansion joints and flexible couplings to eliminate the erosion of convolutes and corners of flared ends, and also the caking and buildup of solids in the convolutes.

PTFE Jacketed Thermowells
Our PTFE and PVDF jacketed steel and stainless steel thermowells provide temperature sensors with protection from corrosion and pressure of surrounding fluids and gases. They are built to withstand the harshest environments.
For flexibility and maximum uptime, temperature elements can be inserted or removed easily from a pipe or vessel without compromising your process. This permits quick and hassle free sensor repairs or replacement.
The units are available in lengths up to 15 feet. We also manufacture solid PTFE and PVDF units.

Injection/Mixing Tee Nozzles
When inserted in a standard plastic lined Tee, our PTFE Injection or Mixing Tee nozzles allow injection of acid, or any difficult-to-handle fluid, into the fluid stream of your system.
Our solid PTFE nozzles are optimized for uniform dispersal into the system and are available for 1” to 8” sizes for standard and reducing tees. Also available in PVDF and Polypropylene.
